I need to work on an older device that uses MPC8xx devices. The website recommends CodeWarrior Development Suites for Networked Applications v11.4.0 as the software but after installation I found the MPC8xx is not supported. I was later recommended to use CW 8.8, but CW 8.8 does not support the debuggers I have and is not playing well with windows 10.

What would be the steps required to add MPC8xx devices into CodeWarrior Development Suites for Networked Applications v11.4.0?

Sorry, but this is technically impossible.

Please consider that the CodeWarrior v11.4.0 was developed and supports only ARMv8-based processors.

Please try to use the CW 8.8 under Win7 - it should work.
