Technical problem with cyclone programmer model U-Cyclone

our customer has faced an issue while trying to add .SAP file to the cyclone as shown in the attached photo (cyclone issue) .

they tried to access the cyclone using older version of software (cyclone pro image manager ) and it appears that the internal storage of the device is 0 Kbytes as shown in the attached photo (old version software ).

So I think there is a problem with the internal storage .

what would be the problem?

Cyclone Image management utility is P&E product.

Mustafa,

The Cyclone Image Manager is an old application that worked with the Cyclone Pro and is now deprecated. You should not use it with the Cyclone Universal. Please send an email to our technical support team so we can assist you. The email address is technical-info@pemicro.com
