    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a chance to a product exchange to Node-Lock&amp;nbsp;license from Network license?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We ordered Codewarrior with Network License(Perpetual) on Nov. 2018 for re-sale.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But out customers want Node-Lock license type.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can we exchange Network License to Node-Lock license?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is possible, Could you explain&amp;nbsp;how it works(exchange process or rules)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Not sure if NXP license support can help you change it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This problem is about your private asset.
