T1024 - Program RCW to EEPROM (SPI)

Hi Everyone,

I have a setup where I'm using the T1024 with uboot in NOR flash (IFC) and RCW in EEPROM (SPI).

I'm using a CodeWarrior TAP programmer and can write to the NOR flash using CW.

Is it possible to write to the EEPROM (in order to update the RCW) using CodeWarrior or CCS?

If so, how can I do it?

Hello Reda Hammoud,

Please refer to document Flash Programmer for CodeWarrior Power Architecture to do flash programming.

In CodeWarrior Target Tasks panel, please import the template for T1024RDB SPI flash.

Please chick "Add Device" to check whether your SPI device is listed in the device list.

If no, please refer to the document CW_PA_v10.5.1_new\PA\PA_Tools\FlashToolKit\Documentation\AppNote-FlashProgrammer-PowerArchitecture.pdf to create the flash program algorithm for your SPI device.
