cwide.exe has stopped working

I have the CW version 10.7 on Windows 10,and when i 'Edit' the connection in 'Flash File to Target',it appears a message "cwide.exe has stopped working"and then it exit.and next time,there is no message, exist .

Also when I debug,it appears "the selection cannot be launched,and there is no recent launches"

I tried reinstalling, but it did not work.
