How to read P-Flash IFR - MC9S12GN32MLC

I'm using a MC9S12GN32MLC and I want to read the reference value of VDDF provided at address 0x0_4022/0x0_4023 in the NVM's IFR.

Please consider that:

The memory model in use is the SMALL one;
Even if I set to 1 the NVMRES bit in the MMCCTL1 register for the mapping of NVM resources into the global address range from 0x4000 to 0x07FFF, I'm not able to see such area from the debugger memory page.
