Codewarrior 10.7 Compile problem

I download a demo from NXP website neamed AN5176SW about MC9S12ZVML32_PWM_BLDC_Sensorless. when I compile the project，occurred a error . See the following description：

mingw32-make: *** No rule to make target `C:/BLDC_workshop/MC9S12ZVML32_PWM_BLDC_Sensorless/Sources/S12ZVM_system/startup_CW/S12zvm.prm', needed by `explicit-dependencies'. Stop.

I have seen the same problem on the community，the replay is clean the project and then rebuild the project can slove this

problem. I tryed do like this ,but the problem still exists。

who can tell me why ？ thank you very much。
