codewarrior tap and codewarrior usb tap

I use codewarrior usb tap a long time, my board chip is MPC8309.i use it to download uboot, my hardware not support jumper,everytime througt download the 8309SOM_HRCW_jtag.txt file, like this we use a year.

unfortunately the usb tap is broken.i buy a codewarrior tap,but it can't work, i only modify hardward jumper can download uboot,but my board don't obligate the hard jumper.i want to know need to modify what configures the codewarrior tap can working normal, i always think the new must be compatible old functions.please give me some helps.

Install please Software Patch: CW PA v8.8.6 Windows - Patch. This path contains new version CCS driver for CodeWarrior TAP supporting.
Reinstall ccs USB driver using the following files:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Freescale\CodeWarrior PA V8.8\ccs\drivers/ccs_drivers_installation_help.txt

and

C:\Program Files (x86)\Freescale\CodeWarrior PA V8.8\ccs\drivers\usb\readme.txt
