Which JTAG programmer for MC56F82743VLC ?

Hello,

I am designing an application using MC56F82743VLC. It's a 32-bit DSC with a 56800EX core. I wish to perform JTAG flash programming and debug.

My problem is : I can't find a JTAG programmer compatible with this device. NXP website guides me towards Cyclone max/pro but the device doesn't appear in the supported devices list. Moreover, these programmers seem to be in end of lifecycle (not distrbuted anymore).

Does anyone know for sure a compatible programmer ?

Hello maximebezanilla‌, please use USB TAP for DSC or PE Micro Multi-link Universal for programming and debugging of this device.

Maxime, I recommend to use the PE Micro Multilink Universal.

I recommend NOT to use the USB TAP for DSC. The product has firmware bugs and I had a lot of problems with it!!!
