Hi, all. I am a new for NXP and its products.

In recent days, I`m trying to update my program to the controller (9S12P64-QFN48) on my PCB by using TBDML. The vision of CodeWorrior is 5.1. Unfortunately, during updating, one problem occurs. It said that the microchip is secured (locked). Then I try to unlock it. Again, when the process is 100%, a popup window appears.

Is there anyone who can help me? Thanks in advance.

Hi Qinyu,

It is unclear what interface hardware you are using.

If you are using a real TBDML then you have incorrectly installed USBDM. TBDML != USDBM
If you are using a USBDM interface then you should install a current version of the software. The version you appear to have installed is v2.1.2 which is VERY old. Update the firmware on the hardware interface as well.

and select the version you have.

In either case I would suggest you update to V5.2 of Codewarrior.
