I installed code warrior DSC V8.3 special edition in windows 8 64 bit i can't open the processor expert component wizard. any one suggest me the solution.

according to CodeWarrior Factsheet, http://www.nxp.com/docs/en/fact-sheet/950-00437.pdf

processor expert component wizard is not available in CodeWarrior for DSC.

Besides, CodeWarrior for DSC v8.3 doesn't support 64bit win8, it supports "Windows® XP/Vista 32-bit (Home Premium Edition & Business Edition)", if you want to wort with DSC, please use CW v10.7 instead.
