EEPROM I2C Reading and writing error

Hello,

we are using M24256-BWDW6TP EEPROM I2C ,By observing the wave forms we get I2C read/write operations are fine. But data reading form EEPROM is fail ,it shows FF. why i am getting this type error, how we fix this issue, please help me. Write control pin is also fine, connected to ground as recommended in data sheet.

Probed the I2C lines connected to EEPROM (M24256-BWDW6TP) and observe this waveform i am attaching below.

hi Zhangjennie ,

The chip is Serial EEPROM Part num M24256-BWDW6TP , Actually we are using NXP P2020 Processor.

It looks like that data from your EEPROM is 0xFF. Your wave form does not contain the SCL diagrams. It looks like that there is address of EEPROM and address for data in the EEPROM on your diagram.

Check address of the EEPROM on your board.
