    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) could you please check if you have correctly installed an updated PE Micro drivers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Is the project you try to load created in CodeWarrior 10.7? Is the project correctly compiled?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Have you ever been able to load any project into the microcontroller? Did you try with different chip/board?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) Do you use NXP EVB or your own design? In case you use NXP EVB, is reset LED OFF or ON?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) Which PE Micro debugger you use? Universal Multilink FX or some different?       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to flash the code to the controller MPC5604s through the codewarriror ,P&amp;amp;E debugger i am getting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Failed to resume target process ,Downloading binary to target....."error from debugger window.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am using codewarrior 10.7.0 version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also i have attached the error report pls check and kindly help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
