codewarrior for mpc55xx mpc56xx v2.10 not installing

During installation of mpc55xx mpc56xx v2.10 (classic), the installation is interrupted. I am trying to install on windows 7 64 bit OS.

Please let me know the issue.

Hi,

could you please send me a screen of the error (if there is some error notice)? I have already installed this CodeWarrior on Windows 7 64bit and the installation was correct.

Have you tried to install with administrator rights?

Did you download the installation file from NXP website?

Hi Martin,

After the extract process, immediately the installation is throwing the error interrupted and a message while trying next time use the setup file in the extracted folder.

yes I have the admin rights and installable is downloaded from NXP site. And the installable I am trying is evaluation version.
