Does anyone have or can point to an include file for the MC9S08AC128?

MC9S08AC128.inc is for assembly and MC9S08AC128.h is for C code.

you can find both of the in CW for MCU install

It is inside the CodeWarrior for MCU 10.6.x installation:

CW MCU v10.6.4\MCU\lib\hc08c\device\asm_include\mc9s08ac128.inc
