How Can I install CodeWarrior V6.3. on a Win7 64 bit computer?

when i installed the CW v6.3, i can see the warning message about " CodeWarrior development studio for microcontrollers v6.3 is not compatible with Windows XP 64-bit installation."

Please tell me how to install the CW v6.3 in windows7 64bit.

Or, please tell the program to replace the CW v6.3.

MCU is 'S9S08AW16AMLD'

Scroll down to have all information and option to install the CW for MCU v6.3 on Win 7 and higher version.
