I downloaded the tar archive "CodeWarrior Development Studio for StarCore 3900FP DSP v10.9.0 - Linux.tgz" and extracted it to a directory, but there appears to be no IDE in the archive, and no installation instructions except for the "SC_compiler_linux_v24_07_01_013_3900.README.txt" file, which refers to this release as a patch. Should the contents of this directory tree be somehow plugged in to an existing eclipse installation? If so, what is the procedure for doing this?
