Licensing support - where?

Where can I get licensing support? - the licensing details page refers to licensing@freescale.com, which is dead. I need help with my license, which didn't enable all the features I expected, specifically (TAP). This is causing us great consternation, furthermore, because the license cost $3K + tax per year, I'm losing $9 of value for everyday I can't use my CW tools. It would be nice to have quick way to get Licensing support.

Hello Jason

To find your CodeWarrior Suite and download the license, please:

1. Go to www.nxp.com , sign in with your email address.

2. Under “SECURE APPLICATIONS”, click on Software Licensing and support — page appears showing your currently licensed products

3. Under ‘Product List’, select your CodeWarrior Suite

For any further question, I would suggest submitting a case. It's better under case process for private license details.

How to log an issue in Case system instead CRM (Service request - not used anymore)?
