How to run initialization script when connect to target through JTAG RCW override

Hello

I am trying to bring up a new board based on the T1020. I have connected to the target using code warrior JTAG RCW override. When I connect to the target this way, code warrior does not give me the option to initialize the cpu (I want to use a modified T1020RDB_core.tcl configured for our target to burn the RCW into NAND flash). Is there a way to do this? Note. The target board is to use the Hard coded RCW (with this method, the initialization option is avail)

After you select the jtag_chain file as Target Type, you can add the init file as in below image:
