Hi,

Is there a reason you are using virtual memory?

Beside of that: Is 0x22A0 in RAM or FLASH? I have used target tasks to fill only RAM areas.

What I'm using is this approach:

FILLing unused Memory with the GNU Linker | MCU on Eclipse

I hope this helps,

Erich
