    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I 'd like to know some feature on the MK20DX256VLL10 about Flexmemory.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The device has 512KB total Flash, where 256KB are Flash and 256KB are FlexNVM,&amp;nbsp; and 64KB SRAM plus 4KB&amp;nbsp; EEPROM/FlexRam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is:&amp;nbsp; I use part or full FlexNVM as Flash&amp;nbsp; and now&amp;nbsp; Can I to Erase single sector or I must entire block?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which is&amp;nbsp; the minimun erasable memory space in FlexNVM as normal flash for&amp;nbsp; this device?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ciao&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Piggi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the reference manual of MK20DX256VLL10 chip , there is little about erase the flashNVM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While i think you can refer to this manual "K20P64M72SF1RM.pdf" , this is about the MK20DX256VLH7, they are only the frequency is different. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On this RM, we can see :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="pastedImage_0.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/21398i614B51E792C4C129/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="pastedImage_0.png" alt="pastedImage_0.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this meaning in the flexNVM, the minimum erase size is 1 Kbyte.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
