i can use the flash programmer in CW PA10.0 and CW PA10.1,bu can not use in CW PA10.3 and CW PA10.4,the button “ADD” is blank.

This is a compatible problem for eclipse plugin on Chinese edition OS, please check whether change "appearance" of your system could be helpful.

If it doesn't help, you have to install English edition OS, if you want to use CodeWarrior 10.4.

Actually you could continue to use CodeWarrior 10.1.1, what specific features do you need? For new target boards?
