I am trying to get an Eval copy of Codewarrior for MPC5xx working. I have a Windows 7 machine running XP Mode Virtual Machine. I got Codewarrior installed. Requested a license.dat and copied that over to the installation directory. I am still getting a "no valid license" error when I try to start Codewarrior. Any way to fix this? I am attaching the license.dat file that was generated for me by freescale.

Thanks.

Original Attachment has been moved to: license.dat.zip
