how to set MC9s08 33khz Internal Clock?

I want set 33kHz Internal clock to use MC9S08 Series.

I think if I set ICSC1_CLKS0, ICSC1_IRCLKEN, ICSC1_IREFSTEN. I will get 33kHz Internal Clock But I can't.

Could you help me?

This chip is MC9S08SG8. CW is Eclipse based on Code warrior 10.2.

you need trim the internal oscillator frequency from default 31.25k to 33k.

there is good document on how to trim

Yes, OSDA can trim the reference of internal clock source!

it is for Kinetis family but the method is the same for S08 chip,
