      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Wade:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The "Export Diagnostics" option allows you to create a zip file with the debug diagnostic information. You can take that file and create a Service Request by sending it to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-email-small" href="mailto:support@freescale.com"&gt;support@freescale.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. A better way to do this is to enter directly to &lt;A href="http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/homepage.jsp?nodeId=05"&gt;www.freescale.com/support&lt;/A&gt; and select "Create Service Request", then when filling the options you can attach the zip file so the technical support engineers can loot at it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this is clear.
