You have to use KDS or a third-party IDE: &lt;A href="http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/overview.jsp?code=KINETIS_IDES&amp;amp;tid=vanKIDE" title="http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/overview.jsp?code=KINETIS_IDES&amp;amp;tid=vanKIDE"&gt;IDEs for Kinetis MCUs|Freescale&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Those K22 devices you see are legacy K22_120 parts, that is why those are still supported by CW.
