CW 10.4 connectivity issue with T4240RDB

I am trying to flash u-boot on T4240RDB box using CW . I installed CW 10.4 and connected with USB TAP with JTAG port

Also as per document I have changed the jumper setting.

I have created new project in the CW 10.4 IDE and while trying to connect to the T4240RDB facing below issue.

Please share the exact procedure to use CW10.4 with T4240RDB using USB TAP.

Hello,

first of all, have you configured the connection to USB ?

Debug Configurations/Edit Connection and choose "USB TAP" from the Connection Type combo.

Don't use CW tap or anything else, because your hardware is USB Tap.

Yes, I am using USB TAP option.
