A workspace is simply a container for projects and settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You do not need to have the project in the workspace (folder) itself, they can be anywhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Erich&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do i always have to set up a new workspace to edit a new project?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just wonder if it is possible to create a kind of project file like those:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;.eww in IAR Embedded Workbench&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;.sln in MS Visual Studio&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there any possibilities to be not bound to workspaces in CW?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
