Accidently ran Device Initialization

I'm new to CW and I was trying to change a port pins' initial value. I wasn't familiar with how Processor Expert and Device Initialization works and ran Device Initialization to accomplish this change. Now the project is messed up: for example, there is now Rescued Items in the File List.

Any way to undo what I did? I have access to the previous version of the project. CW version is 6.3.
