9s08 controller internal EEPROM

Hai , Iam using 9S08DZ60 controller internal EEPROM. while accessing iam getting Access Error.Please kindly suggest the different root causes. I have configured Clock as 200KHZ(PLL Freq is 32MHZ, Selected PRDIV is 1 and DIV factor as 9). Is there any register to be configured for enabling clock. Please kindly share any Software routines available.
