Running CW 5.2 with P&E USB Multilink

Is anyone else have problems trying to use Debug when using the P&E USB Multilink and a HCS12 device?

One of the problems seems to be associated with the loading the cmd files.

Example from the Command display:

Loading Target ...

Initializing STARTUP command file:

CMDFILE STARTUP ON "startup.cmd"

Startup Command File execution: startup.cmd

File does not exist: startup.cmd

Startup command file does not exist.

Does the P&E hardware is detected by operating system within device manager ?
