      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;DIV&gt; &lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;OK Folks, what is the best way to get somone on the live phone for Codewarrior support?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I started a service request:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif'; font-size: 2;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Created Date:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif'; font-size: 1;"&gt;(format&amp;nbsp;mm/dd/yyyy&amp;nbsp;hh:mm:ss)&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif'; font-size: 2;"&gt;05/10/2007 14:45:18 GMT&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif'; font-size: 2;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Modified Date:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif'; font-size: 1;"&gt;(format&amp;nbsp;mm/dd/yyyy&amp;nbsp;hh:mm:ss)&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif'; font-size: 2;"&gt;5/16/2007 16:0:29 GMT&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically I have a USB dongle license and I messed up when tryng to registar and activate Codewarrior.&amp;nbsp; Now Codewarrior keeps giving me invalid license error messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The support folks have been good in asking and offering the correct advice on how to fix the issue. But they are asking questions and taking 24hrs to acknowledge my responses when we could have the issue resolved in a 10-15 minute phone call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I like the idea behind thier support request system but there has to be a way to escalate the issue so I can get a live person on the phone.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know how to do this?&amp;nbsp; I have been dead in the water for 5 days now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dave&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thanks for the quick response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I got my phone call &lt;IMG alt=":smileyhappy:" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" id="smileyhappy" src="http://freescale.i.lithium.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;OK so the call took a little more than 1/2 an hour but tht is because my issue was more unique than I thought.&amp;nbsp; Turned out that a USB Dongle doesn't work well with Processor Expert.&amp;nbsp; I had to revert to a Node locked license based on my Ethernet card.&amp;nbsp; That was a bummer but at least Ii am working again.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thanks again for your help&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Dave&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
