Getting FlexLm to recognize the USB Dongle

Hello All,

I have downloaded MW_FLEXlm_V1_4.exe from freescale.com and ran the installation. After I install FlexLm I plug n the USB Dongle and I am prompted to install the drivers. I select automaticlly find the correct drivers and the Wizard comes bck with unable to find the drivers.

The little 1 sheet of instructions that came with the dongle tell me that when FlexLM install starts to make sure I select install Dongle Drivers. I never see this option during installation.

Is there a different version of the FlexLm I need to install?

Hello

As far as I can tell, you need to install "Standard Driver Installer" from following URL:

http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/overview.jsp?nodeId=0127262444119D11A5

Then check whether your dangle is recognized

If dangle is not recognized, please install "Driver Update" as well.
