There is a section called &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Using Build Tools on the Command Line&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; in there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This should provide you with information on required environment variables and how to invoke the tools from command line&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CrasyCat&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
