Hi everyone,

I downloaded and installed CW 10.2. Now I have two question:

I have a CW 10.1 license working on my PC: if I run CW 10.1 it works fine, if I run CW 10.2 it works ok, but it shows that I'm working with an evaluation license that will expire in 30 days. Have I to get a purchase a new license to make the CW 10.2 work with no limitation at the end of the evaluation period? If no, which are the steps to do to upgrade the license to CW 10.2?

In CW 10.2 I cannot create a new MQX (3.8) project, there is no item in the list of the new project wizard that enables me to create a new MQX 3.8 project. I tried to uninstall and reinstall MQX 3.8, thinking it would install the MQX extension to CW 10.2, but with no success. Is there some manual step to do to make it work?

Many thanks

Teckna

Hello

On question 1:

Check following bog post "http://mcuoneclipse.wordpress.com/2012/02/06/mcu10-2-is-here-or-4-t-shirts-in-13-weeks/"

It looks like 10.2 uses an updated license key. As a registered owner with current support you should be able to get this at no additional costs. If the free special edition is good enough, then things are even easier as it comes with a special edition license for free.

CrasyCat
