CodeWarrior for Palm OS - 9.2 update causes crashing

I installed CodeWarrior 9 for Palm OS on my newly rebuild Win XP computer (no additional SDK elements or updates were installed). I installed the 9.1 update and rebuilt the BuildAll.mcp project successfully. When I went to modify access paths for a project, it worked. I installed the 9.2 update and rebuilt the BuildAll.mcp as per the instructions. When I went to check/modify the access paths for the BuildAll project it crashes/closes CodeWarrior. Am I doing something wrong here?

I tried installing the 9.3 update to see if it would correct this issue and it does not. Everytime I click on the Add button to add and access path, CodeWarrior crashes. This is a sparkling clean, newly reinstalled Win XP installation. It was behaving this way before the rebuild as well. HELP!!!
