CodeWarrior for Microcontrollers v10.x Project XML

Hi there,

I was wondering if there is any support for the import/export of .project XML files?

I'm using the CodeWarrior Classic Project Importer wizard to import an existing Coldfire project .mcp from 5.9.0, which is fine.

However, once I have converted the project I would like to generate an XML description that can be placed under version control and used by other developers so they don't have to perform the project conversion themselves.

Is this possible (or is there a better way that I don't know about being a first-time user of the Eclipse-based IDE)?

Hello

The files .project and .cproject that are created after importing a project into CodeWarrior V10.x are in fact XML files.

You should be able to check them in into VCS.

So the one time conversion deals with the binary mcp file and then it's all XML - that's exactly what I was hoping for.
