Cannot set Production Target Date in download dialog

I want to download the special edition. When I click DOWNLOAD a dialogbox pops up asking for information about project/product. I am having a problem filling in the Production Target date in this dialog.

When I click Calendar icon (to the right of the production target date field) another smaller dialogbox pops up that allows the user to set date. This dialog has no OK button, only a Close button at the upper right corner. When I click the Close button nothing is transferred to the production target data field. This causes Submit-form to fail.

How can I wriggle out of this?

It's been a while, but I made it work and I THINK I just double-clicked on a date

in the calendar. Key data bit though is: it will work. (Can you expand the dialog

box? There are a couple of places in CW where a dialog pops up with the buttons

hidden.)

When the calendar pops up for the target date, set the month and year using the GUI controls. Then click on a day in the calendar for that month, and you should be returned to the download form with the date inserted in that field. That's the behavior I got using IE6. HTH.

Many thanks. The rev 6.3 download can now be accessed..

The secret is to click the day in the calendar.

The date is set to currrent date on entry to the date dialog. I estimated time to production as about a year and just clicked 'increment year' button. I was happy with the day but did not realize I had to click the day in the calendar even though it already showed the value I wanted.

It would be nice:

- to have an OK button

- to have live display with changes reflected back on any change of year, month or day

- even to have plain, old, ugly, surprise-free combobox lists
