CodeWarrior 10.1 license problems on Win 7 x64

Dear all,

I am trying to use my CodeWarrior 10.1 with the license that I own and that I previously used on a previous pc with Win XP.

I have plugged the USB Dongle and it autoinstalled correctly, without any problems. After that, I run the FlexLM program and found that I can see the FlexID in the screen (lmtools.exe --> System Settings --> FLEXID --> x-abcdefgh).

I have copied the license.dat file that I own to the CodeWarrior path, C:\Program Files (x86)\Freescale\CW MCU v10.1\MCU, in which there used to be the 30 day free license.

After that I configured in the lmtools the following service:

ServiceName: CodeWarrior 10

Parth to the license file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Freescale\CW MCU v10.1\MCU\license.dat

I also have the paths for teh tool and log files, but they are not related to the problem.

I accepted (tick) the "Use Services" option and the "Start Server at Power Up" option.

After that I rebooted my computer and the run the CodeWarrior, but it says the following:

What am I doing wrong?
