Hi - about 3 weeks ago we received an email reminder that our technical support contract for Code Warrior Development Studio was about to expire.

We have Code Warrior version 4.5 for Freescale MC9S12 processors.

We followed the instructions in the email to renew via the Freescale website. However, when I clicked on the "Renew Support" button I got the following message: "Sorry: No support available for your selected Asset." Can you tell me what is happening please? Is support still available and do we still have to pay for it.

Many thanks

Steve

If it is a licensing problem (doesn't sound like it but I thought I'd cover all bases), then you need to file a service request here with licensing information. If it's a support contract, you need to contact your local Freescale Application Engineer to resolve the issue.

---Tom
