One question:

can i develop through CodeWarrior and USBSPYDER08

applications for MC9S08AC8?

on the manual of USBSPYDER08 is written for only "MC9R08KA, MC9S08QD and MC9S08QG" devices.

My understanding is the USBSPYDER08 was developed to work with only the devices you mentioned (really a promotional marketing tool).

Your best bet is to build a OSBDM yourself;
