Visualization Tool update while running

I am running a small test program on my DEMO board. I have the value for an analog input mapped to an Analog Instrument in the Visualization Tool, which is great. The problem is that I can’t get the instrument to update its value until the program is halted. I have a breakpoint set and have it automatically continue. I have tried to run a command to update it, but can’t find one. I can run a RD port_name and have it log in the command window. I can also run a INSPECTORUPDATE and have the value update in that window, but nothing updates the instruments in the Visualization Tool until you halt. Do you have any ideas?

Hello

You can pretty easily perform a periodic refresh of the content of the Visualization component.

- Place the Visualization component in Edit Mode

- Click with the right mouse button within the visualization window (but outside of any instrument)

- In the property change Refresh mode to "Periodical" and specify the refresh period.
