Manually linking with a postpended '+' on each obj works fine, and I was hoping there's a way I didn't see to do that.&amp;nbsp; I guess maybe a linker.bat to add the '+' might have to be it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I appreciate it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Notation to use is different for DSP56800E and for HC12.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For HC12 if you want to disable dead striping for a module called myfile.c, use following notation in your application .prm file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ENTRIES&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; myfile.c.o:*&lt;BR /&gt;END&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can enumerate several files in the ENTRIES block.&amp;nbsp;Just use&amp;nbsp;space character as separator.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For DSP58000E, you can disable dead striping for a specific section using linker command KEEP_SECTION.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You just have to place whole code from that module in a user defined section and disable dead striping for that section.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CrasyCat&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
