How to read program data from 56364 chip?

I have a DSP 56364 chip, and want to read the program data thereon. Does anyone know can i read it using codeworrier? what kind of interface should i use?

Hi ,

The DSP56364 can communicate with a JTAG interface like Macraigor wiggler.

There are no CodeWarrior tools for this DSP. We build an Eclipse tool chain and the older Suite56 tools are still available.

Http://www.Freescale.com/Symphony is the place to look for Legacy tools and Symphony Studio which are both free.

Hello all together - this very old topic is the only hint to a hardware I serach for:

Has ANYONE a "USB-EMU" by domaintec ?

I would love to replace my broken one with a working piece if anyone has this historical hardware flying around somewhere i would be very happy !
