See if the About window has an Installed Products button and click on that for a detailed version number. It sounds perhaps like you're already doing that.       <title>Finding the version of codewarrior?</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm in the process of filling out the license transfer form and I dont know what version of codewarrior I have. (the example is: Code warrior for HCS08, standard edition v5.0)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;err, I see nothing like that on my box, or in the about menu of the program. What it does say is: CodeWarrior IDE version 5.5.1.1409. I assume its a pre-freescale release? Is that enough, or should it be CodeWarrior for x86 v5.5?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
