Hello,

I'm developping a board test in boundary scan and i need to place an MC68332 in high impedance in order to test adress and data bus of the board.

I think that i have to use the TSC pin but I don't know how to use it. The document M68331/332TUT/D says that :
Driving this pin to approximately 1.6 times causes the MCU to place all output drivers in a high-impedance state, isolating the MCU from the rest of the system.

But it doesn't work.

Can you say me how to do ?

Thanks
