Datasheet suggests 32K for all MCF5223x family members, but received samples of MCF52232CAF50 has marked 16K on package. So, I need definitive answer...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;DIV&gt; &lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

In the user manual the 52236 is marked with 256k FLASH but on the parametrics page is is given as 128k (link below)!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=MCF5223X&amp;amp;tab=Buy_Parametric_Tab&amp;amp;fromSearch=false" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=MCF5223X&amp;amp;tab=Buy_Parametric_Tab&amp;amp;fromSearch=false&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The parametrics page should really be updated since it is rather confusing, only partically complete and possibly wrong in some instances.
