MCF5307 can't do debug steps

Hi all,

i am new to Coldfire, and i am using CodeWarrior to debug some test code on a MCF5307.

The code is compiled correctly, then the debugger download it through BDM, and CW shows out the fist line of my "main" code function, with the code ready to be executed.

Pressing "Step Into" the program is executed, and i get the following message:

Program "loader.elf" is executing.
Choose Break from the Debug menu to stop it.

So i cannot step line by line.

Any help is really appreciated.

Hi all,

this is about the fourth mail i send to this forum whitout any anser. I guess there is some problem with my nickname or with my basic questions. Is this forum intended to help newby also ? Please let me know if there is something wrong.
