It would be nice if Freescale (or someone else) could provide an application note for the Coldfire, like the AN2940 for the HC08 processor.&amp;nbsp;I´m primarly writing in C and using CodeWarrior.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thanx.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;/Dan&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;OK, I've some info about how to do this. We can actually use shift register to convert serial bits coming from one of the GPIO to 8-bit data used for data, another pin to control the EN input, and one to control R/W*.&lt;BR /&gt;But I still doubt if connecting this 5V TTL register (and the LCD controller) to 3V level inputs on M5213 will work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any thought?&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
