M54455EVB missing semaphores

According to the documentation included with the M54455EVB BSP, glibc includes Posix Semaphores. But the file semaphore.h just contains:

#include <linuxthreads/semaphore.h>

and there is no linuxthreads directory. Programs using sem_t etc won't compile. Anyone have any idea where to find the missing header file?

Blame Freescale. On 1st login in here it prompts to "enter alias" (without any explanation of what it would be used for). It refused to accept any sensible values such as my name, so it got a load of x's just to shut it up. Doesnt seem to be any way to change it now.
